Professional skills in visual arts and illustration: painting (all mediums), drawing (technical and expressive), illustration (traditional and digital - photoshop, illustrator, powerpoint, basic indesign), photography (digital and film), basic animation, printmaking, costume making and advanced sewing and textiles art, basic sculpture. Also trained in art theory and history, context and visual culture.
Community, Arts and Cultural Engagement Professional: extensive independent, collaborative and community arts projects and performances and artist-led workshop development, devised and conducted in partnership with independent, community and corporate stakeholders.

2006-2013 Raised By The Wolves (Creative Director)
Founder of label Raised By The Wolves, creating sustainable children’s wear and toys, homewares and accessories. End-to-end small business management - from product design to manufacturing to sales. Four years retail operations at the Rose St Artist’s Market and establishment and co-management of collective retail space, The Very Curious Kitten for six months.
2000-2007 Penelope Heaven (Creative Director)
Founder of fashion label 'Penelope Heaven' creating millinery, costumes and wearable art. Principle Designer, Operator and Maker - my responsibilities involved planning, budgeting, product development, and manufacturing, marketing, procurement of materials and equipment, fittings and retail duties, made-to-order and consignment work, and operation of salon and market stalls. Sub-contracting services to established fashion houses and retailing designs through boutiques such as The Costume Shop, Mandy Murphy Millinery, Catherine Manuell Designs and Cynthia Briggs Bridal Couture.
